I hope Google starts their messaging client soon, I will switch to theirs right away. AIM has gone down the drain.
I am never going to AIM 5.5 and beyond.

I was able to stay online for 10 days with their service.

everything on 5.9 works with dead aim 4.5 except the ads. ads are all messed up

I kinda have the same problem too. I can connect to some people, and cant connect to others.
My one friend who has the same AIM Version as me, I can’t connect to. He has to send the connection to me, and then I am able to connect.

I have Windows XP Home Edition, SP2
Is there anyway, I can make it so I am able to connect to him?

You cant add another country in there
It only allows from the USA.
