What you could also do is crop / resize the image to the size of 50px x 50px. That would make the perfect AIM Icon.

Another way to do it would be to start your computer in “Safe Mode” by pressing F8 as it starts up. Then run a virus scan and that should get rid of it.
Why not run an Adaware scan while you’re at it. Hope this helps!

There is another alternative to that program. For me, I use DeadAIM and would like to continue to use it. So, another program would be one called AIM Smiler. It is a seperate program that inserts smilies into your AIM window.
