I dan’t have a firewall installed at the moment (I know I should!) so this should not affect it.
Do both useres need xp then? It doesn’t say anywhere that that’s the case. Surely that defeats the point of having a video chat facility. Is this the case with other cross platform video conferences such as iChat or yahoo chat?

….just to add that I have run the ‘video/audio tuning’ and am able to see the picture via AIM sucessfully. The audio/mic are working fine too, so why aren’t I able to click on the video button? Any thoughts?
