A bit more time consuming. But I find it works.
Hold down CTRL ALT and your DEL key all at the same time to bring up your task manager. Goto the processes section and it will show you every programme that is running.
Open up google and type each of them in individually. Google will usually tell you what the prog is and if it should be there. If it shouldn’t you can then investigate it further before deleting it.
I know its basic and time consuming, but it stops an anti-whatever deleteing something that maybe you dont want it to.
