yes, newest middleman is (i use it with 5.9)

in case you don’t know… middleman has no tabbed windows…

bronxy is definately correct… there is no host better than http://www.elixant.com/

i’ve been using it for a few years and only experienced a few hours of downtime and that wasn’t their fault but the problem was with the company hosting the servers.

[edit] also they have unbelievable tech support

what HotShotScott said is right… you can set your idle time with plugins like MiddleMan

Are you sick and tired of "Top 10" lists that don't really help you make decisions that will improve your life? That's a pet peeve of mine, too, and I'm doing something about it.

No more crap about the myriad of choices out there. Just the best choice. The right choice. The one fill-in-the-blank that rules them all.
