Not sure where you can get Yahoo Lite.I’m an avid Yahoo Messenger user (Yahoo Messenger 5,5,0,1254 with Y!TunnelBasic 1.3 Build 244) so lets start with that, features I need are bot/spam blocking, ad-remover on cam/room, achives of conversations, offline messages, iggy bin, mail notice, Font and Text Effects, and edit contact information. For AIM (AIM 5.2.3292 with DeadAIM 3.2.1), which I use from time to time, features of my buddy list and Info. and ad-remover. For MSN Messenger (MSN 6.1.0207 with Messenger Plus! 2.54.74), which I rarely use, features needed are achives, email notice, and ad-remover. Thank you. 😎
Thank you for the reply, can clients of Trillian’s genre do what I need, such as Easy Messenger Express or Global-IM. If can how.
Yes, I have done this many times with my room. File > Create Room > Type in your Room Name and Welcome Message (if you choose to) > click Public Room under Access and make sure your room under Create in Category is hightlighted in Role Playing. Stay in the room and check the user chatroom list to see if you are on the list, if not (most likey), wait and stay in the room. It’s kinda like a waiting list, but sooner or later your room will be shown on the User Room List. I highly recommend that you “bookmark” your room (add to your Favorite Room List). Happy chatting.:D
Wow, I have read all your post in one day, you know we might have different views, but we do have alot in common (Yahoo). Just think about that. I have been researching on the subject of Y!Tunnel, because I’m considering using it, but I want to know what I’m getting into. Does Y!Tunnel block bots?? (pisses me off so much) What are the benefits of using Y!Tunnel? And what do all the people here think of Y!Tunnel (rate of 5)? Thank you, enjoy your chats.
