Personally i think ICQ is slowly going further and further down hill all the time.
There is 0 support available for any issues you have.
Except for the FAQ of questions that no one ever asks or need’s to know the answers too. There are so many different builds and versions that still work its not funny.
I mean hell even old 98 version’s still work.

They need to start weeding out some of these older versions IMO because allot of them allowed IP viewing and there are numerous other security bugs in older versions.
I think killing older versions would be good for security

Also id like to see them structure there web site so it isnt just a maze of links to the same page, and as for their support pages well i dont even know why they bother i tried today looking for a something about blank messages and all i found where about 200 posts on there support forums with one word spam.

Ive allways loved ICQ and still prefer it over every other IM but recently ive started to shy away from it the full builds are to bulky and slow, but the new ICQ Lite is almost close to the perfect icq all it needs now is chat support.

I think ICQ will be around for ever but unless they start getting there act together i can see it loosing allot of user’s to All in One clients and other IM’s.
