he’s got a logitech clicksmart 420 and i have… a logitech … something or other. its a round silver one. the mics are in the cameras.

but its not prebuilt or store sold.
what can i upgrade to? how come msn messenger webcam conversations seem to work fine for everyone else??

upgrade to what? my computer isn’t even a month old. i shouldn’t be having these problems. could i have a virus? i’m scanning my system right now.

i tried netmeeting, and i still have the same problems- its not great quality. its fuzzy and jerky, and the sound is worse than msn messenger. plus something is wrong with my computer and it completly shut down in the middle of the conversation. it went to a blue screen that said it shut down to avoid damage to my computer. agh. computers hate me.

i found where to download it from, but it doesn’t say anything about Windows XP.
