well wot I did was…went to account info…on the Member Information row click on edit….scroll down to Language & Content change it to chinese or sumthin “Warning if u dun know wot your doing it can mess up! so if u have another id check on that wot it says and stuff” anyway…go to Edit/create profile and find invalid symbols

and post them in…and save….then go back to the Member Info (if u can find it;)) and change back to english it worked for me…but I will not stand resposible if it messes up
