I understand everything you explained, and this might seem like a dumb question, but how do you know what the hex code is? there was already a code in the box, so I clicked OK, but the colors I wanted still didn’t go into my info. oops, I forgot to answer your question! after you download applesauce, you have to unzip. so all I did was open winzip, click extract, and save it. Then go to where you saved it, and open it:D there are different versions of winzip, but I hope I helped you.:)
