MemberYou people need to lighten up, yes even i draw an occasional line in the sand every once in a while, if some guy asked me to find out some info on someone, and also asked if i knew any good places to buy a gun, or anywhere to dump a decomposing body, then just maybe i would be a lil concerned, this is the internet, this isn’t reality there is a big difference, everyone online is going to lie to either make themselves look better to others, or to protect some of their personal info, or who knows what else. I had one friend online that i thought was totally trustworthy, but i caught him in a lie, he’s a good kid, would do anything i asked him to, and never wanted anything in return, but he did lie. Everyone is going to lie, it’s just a matter of how much, and when they are online it magnifies and some people all they do is live lies.
Just my 2¢

MemberI don’t think this guy is wanting to go knock on her door, i think he doesn’t trust her, and wants a way of verifying she is who she says she is, believe it or not, people online on occasion do lie, LMAO, information is power, if i am seeking someones personal info, believe me it’s not so i can go knock on their door, that’s only a last resort lol, another thing i like doing is busting out chics with fake pics, it’s amazing how u can come across the exact same pics on more then one profile and they live in different areas. I had a guy i pissed off one time, he said if he knew were i lived he would come beat me up, i pasted him my address, still waiting on him to show up, had another guy threaten me, asked for my address, so i gave it to him, said he was gonna come pay me a visit that weekend, he never showed, making an empty threat to me is pathetic, if ima go knock on someones door, im not gonna tell em, lol,

MemberOne thing i noticed with ytunnel, is that people can’t lag you, but yes they can still boot you, there will NEVER be a program that blocks all boots 100%, and the times i got booted, all that happened is a window just pops up and says yahoo messenger has encountered a problem and needs to close, but if it keeps messing up when u goto chat, that is odd, i haven’t had that problem, if someone wanted to they could secretly add you and every time you get online, they would be able to see, and they could just sit there and boot you all day long, lol, if you are getting booted a lot, make sure you are using invisible mode, i got lagged the other day, and it messed up my windows, had to reboot 5 freakin times b4 i could get back online, never did quite understand the whole booting phenomenon, i think it’s lame, if you got a problem with someone take their id, or get it deactivated, lol, people think they are elite hackers i guess after using a booter program made by some pimple faced 12 year old kid. 😮

MemberNo you can’t move the old names to the new id, But, you can delete all the aliases from your old name, all but the default name, and your email, if it’s a different name then the default name. I took an id one time that was active, and he had his email on it, an i felt bad, so i deleted it and remade it with the same password, but it was a huge pain, and i’m not sure how i did it exactly, sign into my yahoo, then go to this link to delete aliases: http://edit.profiles.yahoo.com/config/select_identity?.profsel=chat_pf_1&.src=ga&.done=http%3a//games.yahoo.com/games/login2%3fpage=pl&prof_delete
And this one here to add new ones:

MemberHe giveth and he taketh away, I’m the kinda person who don’t bs around, i tell it like it is, I am giving an educated opionion about things you people are misinformed about, in order for you to take measures to avoid having unfortunate things happen to you, If i mess with anyone, trust me they deserve it, like a lot of these so called hackers, i eat these guys for breakfast, I am up for answering any questions you have, if someone loses an account, and is asking for help in recovering it, i am always willing to give a helping hand, if you have ever tried talking to some of the people who work for yahoo, or god forbid one of the admins, it can be a pain in the butt to get anything accomplished unless you know what you are doing. As far as stealing ids, i rarely do it anymore, it’s not as easy as it used to be, nowadays it’s much simpler to just get them deactivated, but yahoo is even catching onto that.

MemberIf i lost my name would i be upset? Yes, but the way i look at it, the odds of me losing an id are 0%, I have pissed many people online off, i have owned many people, i have never been owned, i actually had a guy that i stole his name, pay another guy to hack into my computer, and he never got me, yes one time he was inside my computer, but i caught it b4 it was too late, and nowadays, even if someone got into my computer without me knowing which is highly unlikely, i know what steps to avoid from having my pw stolen. I make ALL of my passwords different, if i sign up for any site, like this one, i would not use a password that i have for any other names. If you lost your id, all you would have to do is call yahoo and give them all the original info from when u made the account, and they will email you a new password, so the main thing is to write down your all your original info when u create your id. 🙂

Memberit’s all good, im not gonna sit an debate something i dunno much about, i got the pw thing figured out.

Memberoreo, no offense but you are WAY too paranoid, you need to lighten up a lil and have fun online, yahoo can be really whacky, i have had all these problems in the past, and they are nothing out of the ordinary, i personally have no sounds on yahoo , all of mine are disabled, yahoo really has the most annoying sound alerts possible, you’d think they would change them, drive me nuts when i hear em on other people’s pc’s in voice, one thing i notice that no one i talk to notices, is that when someone on my friends list goes offline, it will show aliases off their id going offline as well, lol i use this against people, some people will have info on their other profiles that’s not on their main one, and u can mess with them a lil HAHA!

MemberI know for a fact she had no domain name, and I have heard about people finding info on others that way, and as far as contact info, no one i know in yahoo, wants other people knowing their address, especially this gal, all she ever did was go around causing drama for everyone who didn’t suck up to her, the guy she screwed over was at one time her best friend online and he had no idea what her addy was, but like i said im no computer whiz, so i dunno exactly how he found it, but have no reason to doubt what he says, i have a lot of computer savy friends and if i had a major problem with anyone online he’s the first person i would goto, especially about the legalities of something. Next time i see him i will see what his response is to what you said. And as far as saving the pw, i had that option set and i signed in and it did not save it, every time i posted it would ask for the pw again, any forum i have ever posted on, at most i had to sign in once a day, and they had no, save pw option.

Member1st off, what makes someone a hacker? If i say that I am a hacker, does this automatically make me a hacker? I have cracked over 2000 Yahoo! accounts, would i consider myself a hacker? NO, would i consider myself a skilled cracker? yes, i would consider myself an expert at stealing yahoo! accounts, but anymore i don’t mess with cracking, i try and help anyone out that has any questions about securing their accout, and preventing it from getting stolen or recovering a lost account. And after i meet people if they are ignorant about a lot of the goings on in Yahoo and i tell them that i am very good at taking ids, they automatically ASSUME that i am targeting them, and i thought i was always paranoid, lmao! Trust me if im going to target you, you won’t know until it’s too late, and i see no point in stealing someones name that they still use, 99% of the names i cracked weren’t active. Out of the 2 years I have been in Yahoo games i have probably been threatened by so called hackers at least 100 times, and out of all of these only 1 was a real threat, and this guy was no hacker, all he did was try to trojan me, and to avoid being trojaned all you have to do is not accept any files from anyone, or d/l anything from any websites. It’s funny how some of these so called hackers, ended up getting their names cracked, and what’s even funnier is they still didn’t shut up about how they were big hackers, and were gonna hack me LMAO. Are there real hackers out there? yes, are they trying to break into your computer? No. Yes there are certain chat rooms that you might want to avoid in Yahoo! if u don’t want to run into any hackers, i have heard a lot of stories of people going into hackers lounge and funny stuff gets typed onto their screens lol, i have a good friend online, and he is also a good cracker, and he knows a lot about computers and all he does, is sit in chat rooms all day and try to convince everyone there that he’s this big hacker and he’s gonna hack into their computers, lol, i always thought that was lame, just use common sense, don’t goto any links posted in chat rooms, don’t goto any weird links on peoples profiles, when u come to a yahoo sign in page, check the url every time to make sure that it’s an actual yahoo sign in page, like login.yahoo.com e.g. , i have stolen a lot of passwords with fake login pages, theres some people that have gotten trojaned just by viewing specific web sites that so-called friends of theirs showed them, so you do have to be very cautious, i personally don’t use a firewall, but i always keep an eye on my open connections, if you are trojaned and you have a firewall they will just disable the firewall, i was keylogged once on a remote computer, and i caught it with netstat, viewing my open connections, it amazed me that i was hardly lagged at all when they had me keylogged, and all a keylogger does is record w/e you type on your keyboard, and it shows up on their screen, so they can get your password, and most people are dumb and they only use one password. Logically i don’t see what the big deal is if u lose a yahoo account, it’s not like you are paying for it, the only thing i tell my friends/family is not to use credit cards online. Peace

MemberA cam whore is basically a female who has a webcam and uses it for adult purposes mainly, you get the picture? lol

MemberI have heard this same problem from a lot of people, and i got banned from messenger for one whole day, a few sundays back, but if it’s not that, used to, yahoo would ban certain names from chat for no particular reason, and to get past this all you’d have to do is add an alias to your account, and sign in with it instead of the main id that you normally use, i had one name that was banned, and used this method, and now i can sign it in with the normal id. Another problem i had 2 or 3 weeks back was that if i signed off yahoo when i was still online, if i re-logged back in, it would say invalid password, and if it does that all you have to do is retype your password.

MemberI’m no computer whiz by any means but know a lot about yahoo!, and as far as saying my friend is misinformed or a liar, maybe you are the one who is misinformed, there was this girl stirring up a lot of dust in yahoo games, we gave him her ip, and he traced it to were she lived, i don’t have the link saved were he traced it in to the street she lived on, but he freaked her out,
He said that static ips are given out in assosiation with were you live, and are traceable, he didn’t get into it too much but from that link it was obvious to me that he got her longtitude and latitude and used that site to trace were she was at, i don’t see why he would be lying about it, he’s the same guy who cracked the Yahoo id Hacker and he has discovered some elite exploits in Yahoo that no one else knew about. And as far as saying netstating ips is BORING, well maybe to you, but to someone who’s being stalked an having people explain to her how to steal someones ip, but only confusing them even more then wat they already was, i doubt it’s BORING to them. BORING to me is having to sign into a forum every time i want to post a response, i have been on many a forums, and usually you only have to sign in one time, and you are good to go. 😉

MemberTo give you an idea of how worthless yahoo! is, there was a guy i didn’t like, and he had a fake login page, and it was an obvious fake login page that went thru bravenet, so i called yahoo! and reported his id, and they told me unless i had lost my id thru it, they couldn’t do anything about it lol, the people who work for yahoo are clueless about 90% of the bs that goes on, half the all star ids that people have bought, were paid for with stolen credit cards, lol, maybe one day yahoo will get sued by all the credit card compainies, i mean how many 12 year old kids are gonna have their own credit cards?

MemberFirst off, NEVER EVER give your password to anyone, lol, second off you need to figure out how someone got your id, cause theres dozens of different ways to steal them, to get your id back, go here and put in your id, your birthdate, zipcode, and country, http://edit.yahoo.com/config/eval_forgot_pw?new=1&.done=http://my.yahoo.com/&.src=my&partner=&.intl=us
then hit Get New Password, and as long as the person didn’t change your zipcode you should be able to answer your secret question, or email yourself a new password if they didn’t change your alternate email. And if that doesn’t work you can contact Yahoo! Yahoo! Inc.

and you have to give them all of the ORIGINAL info from when u created the account, they should give you the name back, but if they account was deactivated, i have heard recently that you have to get a subpoena to get it reactivated, they might ask for a fax of a photo id to prove you are you, cause me an a lot of my friends have used this method to steal many ids LOL, lemme know if you can get it back or not, and try to figure out how it was taken in the first place so it doesn’t happen again i have a few ideas. -
