Memberhaha, what if someone from europe logged text with someone online that they had never met, only to later find out that they were breaking the law while doing so…DUMB!

MemberRun A Bot would definitely be your best option…with that it’s SUPER easy to make a bot — anyone could do it.

MemberAIM 🙂

MemberI don’t like Trillian either, the options are all screwy, and being a profile junkie I HATE that stuff’s all the same font/color blah blah boring…;)
I use AIM, and sometimes yahoo — right now AIM is the only program on the computer though, because nobody I talk to online uses anything else.

MemberI found the program I think you were talking about:
Buddy Remove v1.0 – Remove your screename from anyones buddylist

MemberQuote:quote:Originally posted by dohctorthrustyou know what, thats kinda weird..someone took their SN off of my buddy list and I didnt even know… im still trying to figure out what this prog is and I stubled across this MB
the person probably just blocked you, and therefore would never appear online…OR a friend (who knows your password, or whose computer you’ve signed onto AIM with previously) could have accessed your bl and deleted the name
kar1na
MemberOr just get a new screenname and only tell people you know very well what it is

MemberQuote:quote:Originally posted by gabbyi have aim but wat is the invisibility feature? I only thought there was a away message on here
When invisible you can send messages to whomever you want, and they can reply to you, but you do not appear online to anyone, and the only way people can talk to you is if you im them first.
kar1na
Memberhmm, interesting –for the people who use it almost every time, why bother even using AIM? (or do you just like to check up on everyone else on your list like me? lol 😉 )
kar1na
Memberwhat I do, is when I get text messages from people whom I know I will want to talk to later, I just save them instead of deleting — that way I just open their message and hit reply if I need to get in touch….
kar1na
Memberif anybody figures out what causes this, please post the answer, because this happens for me as well as a lot of my friends :X
kar1na
Memberfor future reference, whenever you put a quote in your info from somebody else
(ie: Jillxisxcool: aww I love you!)
more people than you could imagine will add that name to their lists trying to figure out who it is, lol. That could be another way this person got your friends’ sns!
