Set the default to “Nudge”

I don’t have ANY of those folders, Thats probably the problem, Can anybody help me?

Also, I made the new files with MSNMSGR_Blablah, But i have the same problem as the guy above me , Its in a .wma format so I can’t see it when I have to choose what sound I want. Help? Thanks in advance
