Ok .I have a similar problem. I use a ATI TV tuner with a camcorder. I use the Tuning Wizard and my cam come up with no problem. But when I got to Web Camera Settings it say MSN Messenger cannot detect a camera. It works fine with Paltalk, and Yahoo. I use to have a crappy Creative Webcam and I’m wondering if it still thinks its there. Help Please
