What is aim adon. Is it a patch that i can then unistall, Also what ads does this get rid of?

I have windows 2000 and the newest aim, but i guess that doesn’t help 🙁 I instlaled it and it has so many 5.2 versions of aim idk which to pic then it has something to browse, but idk what im browsing for.
