yes, i was able to load my buddy list on my alternate screen name. also, i had my friend sign onto my screen name (the one with the issue) at his house and he could not add any buddies either. so, it’s not my software that is the issue. hmm..

yes, the could be it, but it has been this way since yesterday evening. when is it going to become responsive again? :confused: for now, i made an alternate screen name until my other one allows me to add buddies again..that’s if it ever does.

yes, I do have a backup of my buddy list, but even when I click the load buddy list button and try to re-load my buddy list, i still receive the same error message

Are you sick and tired of "Top 10" lists that don't really help you make decisions that will improve your life? That's a pet peeve of mine, too, and I'm doing something about it.

No more crap about the myriad of choices out there. Just the best choice. The right choice. The one fill-in-the-blank that rules them all. And all of them are vetted by us... through personal use and experience. These are the tools, the gadgets, the apps, the websites and the lifehacks that we use every day. No bullshit. Just good advice for better living.
