Ya, I think the random invites is telling us that Google is taking a step closer to having a public e-mail service. Orkut is intended to be small and Gmail is intended to be big. So I think Google will offer public e-mail.(The time I registered with the link on the Google home page it gave me invites, maybe they changed it, but they are still giving invites to the people who signed up with an invite)
Accually, Gmail isn’t “public” even though sometimes on http://www.google.com they will have something like “Get Gmail” but it only is for one account. I went and tried to find a link to it on google and they said it isn’t avalable for public use yet in the FAQ. But I have seen what you have seen before, so I think they do it for promotion, not everyone can get that link on google like you. You have to be lucky.;) Way to go! I am pretty sure that link can only be used to get one account, but correct me if I am wrong.
I have another idea, first get TweakNow RegCleaner to get rid of the other Yahoo registry files that you have already deleted the program for. *TweakNow RegCleaner Cleans you registry safely and is Free*Then try using the uninstaller that came with it. If that doesn’t work then try going into wherever it is installed, I think it is C:/Program Files/Yahoo/ and I forget what it is under but there should be an uninstaller in there.
I really hope this helps:)I will give you some help, First learn how to talk on it, find out Acronyms that you can use to talk more easily. You can warn the person you are talking to by clicking the Warn button, this limits the other person’s activity on AIM. The only way to find other users is to look on a site like this for the AIM guy in the fourms after people’s posts or go to love.com – but unless you are looking for love I would stay away from that. You can also go into chat rooms and find people there. It’s best if you can just add people that you already know because, most of the experienced users have run into some pretty strange people. I guess some of the pirks of using AIM are that it is the most popular, I guess that is really about it. Oh ya, you can also talk to people on ICQ. If you need anymore help then ask us on the fourms. (By the way, if you end up not liking AIM and still want to talk to your friends with the same Screen Name then get Trillian, that is what I use because I don’t like AIM)Can’t you just copy it off of your friends’ away messages? That would be just as easy as getting it off a website. You could ask one of those kids to put up their away message for a few minutes while you copy it.
Shrek 2 is so much better than a lot of games like that. It has the funnyness of the movie in it. The only problem is that it only takes like 6 hours to beat so it is rather short but fun to play over and over again. You can even play though the story multiplayer. It is a pretty good game overall.

Well, you could go C:/Program Files/AIM/ and there are some uninstallers in that folder. I think they are called like Uninstall95 and Uninstall AOL instant messenger. If that doesn’t work then make sure you didn’t delete the AIM folder in Program Files before you went to use Add/Remove because if you remove the program folder before using Add/Remove or using the uninstaller things like what happend to you can happen.
Why not try Mozilla FireFox 1.1, it’s what I use and the pictures load quite fast. Well, I have DSL so that might affect the loading. If you do upgrade then remember to delete the older version of Mozilla FireFox first or you won’t be able to later. FireFox should be able to handle those pictures though, it acually should handle them better.

I use Paint.Net v2.0. It does the same stuff Adobe Does and is Free. It also contains no Adware/Spyware so it is safe. This is very easy to use. The only problem is that you need .NET Framework but it isn’t hard to get. In fact, if you click .NET Framework then that takes you to the page where you get it for free.:D

Gmail is basicly public, I mean everyone who really wants one can get one very easiley. I stumbled across this website that has donated invites and use them to give people an invite instantly. The site is http://isnoop.net/gmail/
I have also been on the Google homepage when at the bottom it said “Get Gmail, Google’s Free E-Mail Service” or something along those lines. So it is possible to get into Gmail without an invite.😎 MrEggsalad is the Cool Nerd

It depends on the kinds of computers you use. Like if the Library has Macs and you have a PC (And Vice Verca) then you can’t use a floppy disk because they use a different format. But if you and the Library have the same kind of computer then format them on your computer first.
You could try to Delete it with Add/Remove then delete the AIM folder from Program Files, then go to http://www.oldversion.com/program.php?n=aim and download AIM 5.5, that should work.
I would do what kron_19792000 said because if you delete the program files folder then the Add/Remove won’t be able to delete it. All The Add/Remove thing does is find the Uninstall Program in the Program Files Folder. That is why first you delete it from Add/Remove then delete the Program Files Folder. So reinstall it then delete from Add/Remove First, then Delete the Program Files Folder. Hope this helps!
