I’m not talking about the account was stolen. The person mention that he got some PM from people that the person doesn’t recon. Maybe someone just messing around with this person, use his/her account to pm people. Just a thought

This profiles you can make from Yahoo Mail option, its called AddressGuard, the purpose is to confuse Mail Spammer.
And the reason why Yahoo stop they partnership with some of China’s Company is because Yahoo get sued by Chinese Activist for give-away the information from Yahoo mail that used by Chinese Activist to Chinese Goverment.

Not really, there’s a program called “Info Cracker”, this program design to crack the information people use when they make a Yahoo Account. Once your Information cracked, the cracker just need to contact Yahoo with the information to change all the information with the new one, like change the date of birth, secret question. And when everything already set up with new information, You’ll not gonna able to get the account back.
I’d sent complain e-mail to Yahoo! since 2 years ago about people booted other people out of chat rooms. But as you all can see, boot programs still able running on Yahoo!’s Script.
My Advise, just enjoyed, there’s no point complain about that something you get for free!. You don’t like it, just leave it !
What I’m doing is cracking the bot IDs when they get into my regular chat room, so far I crack arround 1,200 bot IDs, and I already deactived those bot IDs.
But like tim say, its hard for Yahoo to take care this bot issue, since those bot IDs running on proxies, even if the proxies get banned by Yahoo, they always can get the fresh proxies to run they bot IDs again.The only thing you can do to minimize this bots problem, is using the 3rd Party chat clients, like YahElite, Y!mLite, Yazak, they provide more options, like auto ignore, clone detector, wild card, so you don’t have to ignore those bot IDs manually.

Keep this in your mind, Yahoo Chat is a free services, not like paltalk or other paid services. And Yahoo more focused to the other service that you have to pay Yahoo like small business, auction, ect.
So I don’t think Yahoo will put back the Go To option, and if you saying about call the Customer Service, good luck then, I tried that option many times, ’till I figured out that I’m just wasting my time and my airtime.
HelpMe, I check those 2 IDs that you posting as the sample IDs, they’re not even exist on Yahoo.
Yes, there’s a rumors that you can make ID with consecutive _’s, but they can’t prove that.
If someone telling you that they just make an ID with consecutive _’s, tell them to click the “Member Since” option on they Yahoo ID’s Profile. (most the time they start mumbling when I ask them to do this, lol…)

P.S.: If you using Yahoo Messenger when you saw that kind of ID on chat room, probably you just saw the “Nickname” of the ID.
Beside what angelic_fruitcake mention, you can send 1 messages to multiple persons using program called “Private Messages Spammer”.
As I said, You’re still able to make Number ID using your cellphone, the ID gonna be your cellphone number.
The problem is, if someone already make ID with your celphone number, then you’re out of luck.
