I couldnt type inside my aim box, every time I went to type a letter it would ding ding ding. (it made that sound) well. I had mysearchbar. THATS WHAT THE PROBLEM IS. mysearch with spybot will not work. you do not need to uninstall spybot, you need to uninstall mysearchbar.
heres what to do
go to start, settings, and control panel. go to add/remove programs. and look for mysearchbar. click to remove ALL. reboot computer, and try aim. ITS FIXED!!! I hope this works. it worked for me!!!!!! good luck.
