Yes, I agree its frustrating, but I am going to bite my lip on any opinions with regard to the creator of Ytunnel. Obviously, there are a lot of frustrated people who just want the product to be updated accordingly and promises that are made be kept.

However, I don’t think we should use this forum as an avenue for that.

I had read that Donna was considering putting up a section on the Ytunnelpro site that could people could vent and complain. Not sure if she will ever do that or not.

Anyway, thank you for everyone’s feedback and thoughts here!

I dont want to create a rat hole, but the whole ytunnel situation is frustrating to us paying customers. One of the last posts that chet had on the ytunnelpro website was that an update was coming. my cynical side thinks that he did that to raise more cash right before he dumped the website. I hope that is simply not true and I really dont want this thread to turn into a bashing of ytunnel or its creator.

I do like the product because I don’t have to relearn an interface… its basically still Yahoo chat with enhancements and I like that.

That being said, I wish someone could offer an explanation as to why the creator, Chet Simpson has become such a mystery. I have never read anything anywhere that can explain why he disappeared for so long, reappeared for a few days, and poof, is gone again. I feel sorry for the moderator(s) of that website, including Donna, that took many arrows trying to support the product without any support behind them.
