“Y! Emotions” (include in “Y! Messenger Plus”) is tool which help you to personalize your emotion-list. And you could create and manage “Collections” to publish/share your emotion-list with yours friends.
Try it ;o)
Y! Messenger Plus include twice tools (Y!Skin or Y!BitSkin) which warn you if downloaded skin couldn’t be used with your Messenger version ;o)
Ad=ON
To add, modify, delete your emote’s list, or to create and publish your own collection… Just use “Y! Emotions”* !!!
(*) include into “Y! Messenger Plus”Ad=OFF

Y!Pilot 1.7 include wizard to personalize shortcuts and searches into “ymsgr.ini”… But disabled for single-user. Can re-enable it if edit “ypilot.ini” and remove comment char “;” for “Language wizard” line… And re-launch YPilot, its “inside Yahoo!” and “Search options” menus will have “Personalize” feature ;op

It’s same install’s file to download for all languages ;o) And english is a default language.
Try this link:
http://pagesperso.laposte.net/yahooplus/english/download/Direct download link to executable’s file (from anothers websites) can’t work !!! …It’s a security of my hosting :o(
I found a probably bug of install setup under Windows 2000 or Windows XP Professionnal (not Home edition)… Don’t worry, Install setup erase all copied file (and undo setting) if failed.
If install fine… You see “Configuration Wizard” window while finish.NB: I hope publish final release 1.7CT before Christmas… With its “surprise” ;op
