If you mean religion, then yeah I understand why they don’t eat meat. The animals we eat are bred for people to consume. That is the main purpose for those animals. Another question about the animal rights people. Do they get mad when a lion kills and eats a zebra in Africa? It’s all part of a food chain and we are at the top.
But the Zebra could have been having the time of his life untill he was ripped open by the lion.:)
Sheep and cattle are mass bred, fed the bare minimum, given the legal minimum amount of space to roam and then crammed onto trucks (which is sometimes up to a 4 day journey) and boats (Up to a month sometimes) where they are let out and slaughtered. The only humane bit about this is the slaughtering when you think about it.
But i’m not angry, it’s a bussiness. Sometimes when you see the boats and trucks full off the sheep you do feel a pang of guilt but you feel the same guilt when you see people being blown up for something their leader did… I don’t know, this world is a strange place and people need to get their priorities in order…:)

Put it this way:
I don’t have a computer so I have to go to the local library and use theirs. Because it is owned by the library/government does that mean they can read my email? Or at an internet cafe, etc?:)
Seriously though, I have no idea. It must be ilegal somehow though.
I am not a vegeterian and only know one person who is.The major shift toward a vegetarian diet is because people have discovered the cruelties inherent in meat production and the link between meat consumption and many forms of human disease.
On average though, a vegeterian saves about 80 animal lives a year.
Remember on the Simpsons when Lisa decided to become a vegeterian and she goes to the Quik-emart and Apu and those two famous people (I forget who they are now) are on the roof and tell Lisa that they don’t even eat or drink anything from an animal (like milk or eggs.) People like that are called Vegans and do not eat meat, fish, fowl, or use animal products, including milk, cheese or eggs. Their diet contains no cholesterol!

They cut out the part where you can pick up and bash prossies here in Aus. In fact, there are no prostitutes at all in the Australian version. Aparently we aren’t missing much though.
That happens to me every now and then. But not all the time. It could just be Windows Messenger but i’m pretty sure that would show up when you pressed ctrl, alt, delete.
