The only way you can tell through yahoo is go to yahoo mail.. Generally if your buddy is invisible it will show them online in yahoo mail.

You can hide your public profile online status when signed in to Yahoo as well.

MemberHave a program for that but I haven’t really tested it yet. It’s called CheckMe 1.0. I’ll post a link as soon as I can login to my damn site to upload it. You may can find it using Google.
Here it is: http://bellsouthpwp.net/r/e/restless311/CheckMe1.0.exe
You may have to try the link a few times til it works but it does work. The server sucks.

MemberI have a little program that will increase your chances of getting into a full room. It’s called McNiglet’s Buster.

You may have to try the link again if you get an error message. The server sucks.

messenger.hotmail.com
No other information is necessary. It should search for an open port on its own.
I tried this at home but it goes to the default setting: messenger.hotmail.com;207.46.104.20:1863

MemberDisable auto-protect so you can download it. Like I said in a previous post, do a Google search and you can find Magic Login. It’s on the 1st page of the search if you do it right. You get it from a hacker site. Like I said, I haven’t found any problems with it. No problems with my Yahoo account, messenger or computer.

MemberNorton says it’s a hack tool but I use it. Never had any problems. Once installed antivirus doesn’t detect it.

MemberIt’s still there. Took me 5 tries though. Norton Antivirus had it’s way with it too.

MemberHere is a link: *Deleted by server* It won’t be there long as the server always deletes it. Read my post on page 2 dated 12/30/03. You may have to click it a few times til it works.

I doesn’t show you what was said but it will show you the screen names, dates and times.

MemberI had the same problem. I’d go to Romance then By Location and there wasn’t anything there. I reinstalled Yahoo Mess. and it worked.

MemberOn Y Messenger click Login, Preferences, Privacy. You probably have “Do not allow users to see me online and contact me” selected.
And on your public profile you might have “Check the box to hide my online status from other users” checked.

MemberIf you haven’t reinstalled yahoo mess or reformated your harddrive try looking in the Yahoo folder in Program Files or where ever you installed it. Look for ypager text document.
