I finally got my offline messages to work again.
I made a new ID that was really close the the ID that wouldn’t receive offline messages and also couldn’t add any new buddies to…
Then I kept signing in and out of the two ID’s IMing each of them and trying to add them to my list….
Finally after doing this for maybe 10 -15 minutes (could have been longer) I got a pop up to add the other ID…then I tried the offline messages and they were working.
I don’t know if Yahoo got confused or if it just started working again…
I don’t have any alias ID’s to delete…so this won’t work for me:(
I wish Yahoo would fix this problem….it is very annoying
And to add to this…I can’t even add anyone new to my buddy list cause the pop up screen will not show up at all:mad:
I’m having the same problem as well…it was working earlier today but now I can’t get any picture to work at all…any suggestions?
I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled…nothing seems to help
I have been having the same problem as well….One ID receives offline messages and the other doesn’t. And I am using the same messenger and computer for both ID’s. And of course the ID that I use the most is the one that is not receiving offline messages….I’ve also noticed that the Inside Yahoo! screen doesn’t show up anymore as well
I have uninstalled and reinstalled…both 6.0 and 7.0 and nothing changes
Anyone figure anything out yet??Alright I found the problem….You have to hit the date button on the top of the person’s list of chats…and make sure the arrow is pointing up. If it’s pointing down not all the chats show up :confused: …weird.
