i’ve tried it offline and even online on msn, and it works. it only doesn’t work after i initiate a conversation with pple on msn. any ideas on who might be able to help me?

i am running windows xp and using msn6.0. my webcam’s brand is crow… advertised as the world’s smallest 3 in 1 camera… does anyobody know whether the problem is with the webcam or the program? what should i do?

i’m not exactly very good with computers so i don’t really know what you’re asking. but i’m using broadband, and my firewall is set to off. what shd my settings be? i dun understand why the camera works when i’m not in a conversation but once i start it doesn’t work.
