That program only deletes the reference from the blocked list. It’s impossible to unassociate a contacts email from your account.
Are you looping back to your localhost (127.0.0.1) ?
Open up your Hosts file in Notepad and add the following;

I recently signed into an msn messenger account i had not used in over 2 years with no problems.
Hotmail account was also reserved for me.Unless the path for your recieved files is ‘C:My DocumentsMessenger Service Received Files’ , the path link will not show up in your messenger window.
Yes you can. First of all you will need to gain access to their account. (there are meny progs out there that will do this for you.. i wont say any more than that) then add your email to their list, then delete it. Make sure you havent blocked it. then add the other persons email to your account and have them on perm block.
As to why you would want to do this, i have no idea.
