i agree, maybe you dont have the right privalages, it sounds like the sort of message Windows XP would say when running from a limited account type! 😉

i will agree with the fact that all caps is DEFINATLY HARD TO READ, and people have often said, if your going to learn how to spell something, dont learn it in CAPS, cus all the words look the same, or somin like that :-S
