I don’t know if you are allowed to do this on the Uni PC, but, sometimes clearning the internet files, will speed things back up to normal.

Yes, I just tried it with 12 GB of music, and it worked, however there were some slight hesitations between steps 🙂The only thing I noticed was that, it didn’t make a nice alphabetical list for me. Any way around that?

I used a free program called PrintFolder. I had read a few technical ways on how to print a list of files from windows explorer, but they were all a bit too complicated for me. So, for this list to have a hard copy as well as one made into a txt or wordpad file, I used PrintFolder. Just right click over the folder, choose print folder, and it will list your files. One drawback is I had to take all my mp3z out of their folders I had put them into categories, in order for this to work. You make a good question, Jeff. Its a program I’ve had for years now, and had taken for granted after all this time.

Rabid, that is so true. I wish I understood why that means so much. If its not deviating from the thread at all, can anyone explain it to me…as I thought I was alone in these feelings!

He turned the PC on its side and there was like a plastic dome covering the CPU fan. (Which explains how I missed it). He popped it out with his hands, but with some difficulty, and told me that perhaps I would do well to use a tool. Once that was done, the fan (and its dust) was revealed and ready for cleaning.

the tech was just here. Even though I had used air can on it several times, he exposed a place I didn’t know existed, and it revealed a heavily dust covered CPU. Naturally everything that was visible to me was very well dusted, but this wasn’t.He was a very kind tech, and taught me how to reach this area myself.
Hopefully that is a mystery solved!

The plants and trees may recover, but chasing the animals out of their habitat is a very sad thing.Not sure if this is the same thing as what you were asking about, but I have a photo site where members join, we share them with each other, and try to help one another in our photography journey. Colin, I had help to start Terragen, and relied on the Terragen Group at Yahoo, as well. I am not inclined in these types of programs, and was lost to begin with, too. In fact, there are many aspects of Terragen that I have yet to understand. By the time I Figure it out, the new version will be out, I am sure. 🙂
