thanks for your help dude ,
it finally worked , I called up my ISP And they told me there were some problems that have been caused by the earthquake and some areas are not accessing yahoo , hotmail etc…
Im glad I decided to call them coz the last 24 hours I spent about 7 hours researching and trying every solution I got about this error.. Later it worked by itself .

Im hearing the earthquake could have an affect but im not sure it could be the reason
any other suggestions?

Im on a usb adsl modem ..
Using Mcafee Firewall – Im starting to wonder if Mcafee is causing this
Coz Ive got Mcafee installed on my laptop and I have the same problems
