I had this problem recently. I am sorry to say that I could find no solution other than going to http://www.messenger.yahoo.com and re-installing it. It has been working great since then, no problems. Maybe you (or someone else on here) can find another, better, solution, but this is all I could do. Sorry I couldn’t help more!
