I had this problem on 1 of my 3 accounts. Simply go to your Control Panel and select the Add/Remove Programs option. Scroll down to MSN Messenger and click OK. This will give you 2 options. Pick the one that says Repair Files and you are good to go. No restart needed. 😎 Hope this helps!!
