Webcomic xkcd nails it again with their Tech Support Cheat Sheet for “non computer people.” If you’ve ever been called on for your computer help, you’ll want to print this out and distribute to your family, co-workers, grandparents, and other “non techies.” It’s so true.

Exactly, Doris! That’s the point — tech support isn’t “magic” and it doesn’t require genius. It just takes a little common sense and willingness to search Google.
I'm thinking about making a stack of copies of this just so when someone has a problem I can send them away with instructions in hand LOL 🙂
