Have I? Oh yeah… Stuff that’d make most people blush if I said it.
April 1, 2004 at 6:50 am #100628ShyMemberMost definitely!!! I am VERY shy and quiet and I say things that I would NEVER say face 2 face!
But really I don’t chat much….

June 25, 2004 at 2:27 am #100642g00seMemberYa, but I feel pretty stupid at some times. For some of the things I’ve said, I wish I’ve said some things face to face with some girls.

July 22, 2004 at 3:07 am #100636RabidKittenParticipant…it took me a while to decypher the last message on here, but after popping some advil and calming down a bit, I think I can distract myself away from it for long enough to answer.
Surprisingly enough, I’ve found that it depends on the topic. Insulting someone I have no problem doing to their faces or online, I’d rather it was face to face because then I can see their expression and it gives them less time to come back with something equally “witty”.
Something like common talking is an easy one but when it comes to touchy subjects and helping others out with things, I find it’s easier for them to see it than to hear it. I guess it’s just in the way I speak, or perhaps my mannerisms and emphasis that can confuse them and when you type it, they can take the time to read it over however they like and as many times as they need. That and it gives me some time to straighten out my own thoughts instead of stumbling through my words the first time through.
But as far as insults, telling someone I love them and things of that nature, I’ve had no problem going face to face with the topic. I personally wouldn’t want someone’s first “I love you” to be on a computer screen, heh. C’mon, the irridescent glowing of the computer screen in the dark, the click click click of unsteady fingers on the keyboard, the lingering “uh oh” “ding” and other perversive sounds from your other messages ringing in the background…how romantic (PFFT!)
