I just made a program that you can run along side of AIM that can see who on your BuddyList is online but invisible, you can download version 1.0 from here.
You need to sign in with a screen name with a BuddyList the same as your primary one. (I’m not sure if you can sign in with your primary on AIM and WhosOnline at the same time.

February 29, 2004 at 11:54 pm #83859DavidParticipantUm, because you did sign on in two locations. This program opens another connection to AOL.

March 1, 2004 at 12:35 am #83885panickedthumbMemberSo one question… I know the main purpose of this, but can you also see if people are online if they have “only accept messages from people on my buddy list” selected? I’m not sure if you can check people’s profiles if they have that checked, but I’m thinking you can.

March 1, 2004 at 12:50 am #83881DAnonymous1MemberAll it did was sign me off AIM and not let me sign on again until I closed it using the task manager…and when I tried to sign on with two different S/N’s, it said error instead…
