ParticipantNo, you cannot stop someone from blocking you. I believe by blocking he means that users are ‘blocking’ you from seeing their online status, but no really blocking you from IMing them.
This could never be integrated into the AOL client because of the way it is coded.

KeymasterDavid,
I find I am unable to use this when I am logged on to AIM,it boots me from my aim connection (Saying im logged on elsewhere)
Perhaps you could (in your next build) make it log you on ‘INVISIBLE’ (Like “PEEPING TOM” does…when I logged on INVISIBLE,i was able to stay on (Peeping tom and AIM))
Very good progee though……..
The Dude 🙂

ParticipantI don’t have time to update this version, if someone wants, I may be able to provide the source.

Memberok, I used this and now the name says I am trying to log into AIM too soon. How long after I close your program does it take to get back into that screen name?

I don’t know, should only be a minute or two unless you signed on a bunch of times with that screen name.

MemberI downloaded this program… ran it… logged in… comes up fine… doesn’t crash.
…also doesn’t seem to work. The list was empty and so I figured “ok maybe nobody is invisible”. I had a buddy go invisible. Didn’t come up on the list. I closed the program, had him go invisible again. Reloaded the program. He still didn’t show on the list.
I’m runnin AIM 5.2.3292 with aiMutation v1.2.4 (if it matters).
The concept is great. I particularly have one friend who always goes invisible, but I talk to him often and it’s annoying when I don’t know he’s online. (I also have a really long list of buddies so it’s a pain to scroll down through the ‘offline buddies’ group just to check someone’s info… so if I can get this proggie working that’d be nice!
