Whats the longest you stayed up without going to sleep… right now its 5 in the morning and this will be my first time ever stayin up all night long
I’ve done ’til 7am. From 9am the previous morning. It was awful, I think its because we were coming back from a holiday, and I can never sleep on planes.

Wow… My longest time was not sleeping at all also. It was when on Christmas. I was sooo happy and waiting for my gifts so I just didn’t sleep. I even heard my parents putting the gifts by the tree! 😀
EDIT: The longest days was almost 5 days SERIOUS! Im not joking!!
I went 42 hours from New years eave 2003 to Jan. 02 of 2004. I don’t think I’ll do that again if I can avoid it.
However, last summer (I have a 9-5 job now, so I can’t do this) I was staying up until 4am every morning.
I did 30 hours one New Year’s Eve. Then I went to sleep at 3:00 in the afternoon and didn’t wake up until 9:00 AM the next day… 18 hours straight.
three days. yes its true, i’m not making it up. no particularly good reason to, more like just to see how long I could go… gotta love college 🙂 towards the end you start to get a little loopy… seeing things that arent there, hearing things, etc etc… that’s when you know its time to call it quits and just sleep

My longest is about 20 hours. But in summer holidays, I go to sleep at 8 or 9AM, and then wake up at 3PM or later. 😀
I woke up at 8:30AM yesterday, and didn’t go to bed until 5:00AM this morning. What’s that? 20.5 hours?
I think the longest for me was when we had a ‘wake a thon’ at my school. I woke up at 7:00AM the morning, and didn’t sleep until 5PM the next day. That makes umm 34 or 35 hours?
I went to one of my friends house, and hes a real jerk, kept me up all night, and didnt sleep. He must have taken caffine pills, and when my dad took me home, he said “son, are you waisted?”
i’d guess 48+ hours straight…
last year, somewhere around 12/28-12/29 that time… end of the year, I got soooo little sleep because I had to do college applications and I procrastinate a whole bunch (apps were due 1/1/2004)
I stayed up 2 days straight w/o a nap, and in the morning of that 3rd day, I took like a 4-6 hour nap, then stayed up for another 18 hours or so…not exactly sure if this is exaggeration or not… but this seems to be within the ballpark…
ugh I wish I had deadaim logs at this point cuz i’m sure I complained to a whole bunch of people and I would be able to verify exact hours… (i ended up getting deadaim 1/6/2004)o now that I think about it… I think I did have a 45 minute nap the first day
i ended up getting into northwestern university near chicago, illinois, so I guess cutting my lifespan by a month wasn’t a total waste, right?
