is it possible the cause of my WLM crashing be a contact on my list???? because after a while i am able to sign in with out crashes so i suspect that a particular contact is the cause of these crashes and when he/she signs out it leave me free to sign in..
bikeyMemberif it helps.. there is no error message when i crash. it just says something like ‘windows has encountered a problem, we must close this program’ but i does not come up with a reason why, a solution or a diagnoisis
bikeyMemberhi i’ve tried both the above links and i’m still having the same problem the guy who posted this was having.
when trying to forward ports (post by h3xx1) for msn i could only get up to msnmessnger6 after that it says ‘can not add any more entities’ other than that i did everything the page told me.
i tried registering the files on dos, successfully registed REGSVR32 SOFTPUB.DLL and REGSVR32 MSSIP32.DLL but i get an error message when trying to register REGSVR32 INITPKI.DLL and REGSVR32 wintrust.dll.
i also used the windows install clean up utility to remove windows live and every other program associated with windows live.
nothing worked. please help, below is information that may be of interest.
