you could try contacting MSN but in my experience they are not very helpful.

i have win XP pro and i always get the message “msn messenger setup failed. Please go to the microsoft website and download the software from there. Thanks!” grr… i *really* want to use msn 6!! please someone help me

Is it possible i could be missing some important DLL files? some didn’t install properly when i installed XP

I don’t have that folder either. I have about 9 similar ones though. should i just ad a “2” to all of them? i think i will try it.
