You could try deleting the login screens by going to Tools> Internet Options > General > and do Temporary Internet files and History then hit Apply and OK.

Are you at work/school or even at cyber cafe? They probably blocked that. You might get lucky getting connected via http://www.ICQ.ee .
It doesn’t bother me having to shave every morning but sometimes it is pain in the butt. It takes about three to five minutes for me to finish shaving my face.
