MemberI’ve been using Trillian (freeware) on and off for years. After reading some threads, I was convinced enough to upgrade to Trillian Pro today. To my surprise, I like Trillian Pro a lot – easy to use than the freeware ones. I’m glad to have found BigBlueBall Forums in the first place.

Do you mean like adding people to your MSN contact list?
Brian
MemberI just downloaded this, it doesn’t work for me on Windows/MSN Messenger 4.7 and 6.0.
Brian
MemberYes, you’d have to have MSN Messneger installed on your computer if you want games to play.
I am not sure about the features on Trillian Pro, maybe someone here will be able to help you with this.
It seems that Trillian .74 (freeware) doesn’t have that feature.

MemberMy friend is supposed to go and watch that movie sometimes this week-end. She says she’d let me know how the movie is, and if the movie is worth to watch. Maybe I’ll go and watch the movie while on break from the notorious Atlanta/Marietta traffic.

MemberJeff, I just found it, and please disegard this.

MemberQuote:quote:Originally posted by JeffThe web chat I added to our site will work no matter what instant messenger you’re using, or even if you’re not using any instant messenger. It’s a completely separate thing and there’s nothing for you to download. Give it a try and let me know if you’re able to get in, ok?
Jeff; I just went to the IRC section looking for web chat, but couldn’t find that anywhere.

MemberI have tried MECA about a month ago, I like it.
There is something I dislike about MECA is that when I added ICQ, MSN, Yahoo and AIM, MECA disabled all my restriction from being seen by people not on my lists.

MemberQuote:quote:Originally posted by OreoAll you can do is wait until someone messages you; then remove yourself from the buddylist (go to http://www.backdoors.to./yahoo There is a thing called Deny a Buddy there that Snuggle told me about long ago. It works great. The only thing is that sometimes you have to remove and remove and remove… b/c the guys who add you keep adding after you remove them. That’s the only way I know; if anyone else knows another way PLEASE share it!
When one use the deny a buddy feature, does it allow other parties affected know that they’re being removed on both lists?

Memberdetn8r: thanks, and I’ll check it out again.

MemberDid you check the privacy your MSN Messenger 6 to see if the the boxes are unchecked where it says “don’t store my address book on it.”

I’ve tried and tried even exiting my MSN. I have tried everything I could think in order to get it working for me.
Brian
MemberNot that I know of. The only way I know is to sign up another AIM account and import your buddylist onto your new one.
I’ve used like this way many years ago, I just got bored monitoring who may have blocked me.

MemberI have repeatedly tried downloading the Ads-Patch, but I kept getting “msnmsgr.exe – File not found, or File access error!”
Brian
MemberI have been using my Yahoo E-mail address on MSN/Windows Messenger for about two years now.
One thing when you get passport, Windows/MSN Messneger won’t notify you of new messages like Hotmail/MSN does.
