Have you tried the latest version BuddySpy 2.2? also have you tried to vary the scan options? If the scan says offline, the cam should be offline and not the other way around as you assumed. Also, make some interval on your scanning, flooded connection might give false results in your scan.
No by the sounds of it I assumed correctly, if the scan say’s offline my assumpion is that they do infact have a cam but if it say’s “Skipped” that is where the confusion is. Why does it skip that peer? Is the “Skipped” telling me that the pgm does not see a cam? This really isn’t that important but it’s all out of curiosity. Oh yes I do have the newest version
