i read some reviews about skype and I got worried about it
i’ve heard very nasty stuff abouyt spyware and the trouble it might cause and people with spyware on their computers seem to be unable to remove it with regular adwares http://download.com.com/3302-2349_4-10280860.html
i have norton antivirus and lavasoft adware installed but i’m a freshman in computers and if something goes wrong i’m finished
also I have to inform the other person I want to talk to, about skype and he/she is also clueless about computers, whats more is that I dont want his/her computer to be infested with spyware and/or other malware and in the reviews I read someone mentions skype as ”an invitation for others to jack up your computer”?
i want to use MSN but with all these problems with the new version and its inability to add audio in a conversation I have to look elsewhere
what would you suggest to a clueless-about-computers over the programm, the precautions I should take and what other alternatives I have to choose from
