what version of aim do you have?

why? do you understand any other features on aim? they have a purpose. figure them out

it is probably an AIM expression
go to my aim > edit option > edit preferences > go down to the aim expression category and click “reset to default”

i believe his problem… mainly because ive done the same thing. wireless pci card broken, decide to connnect directly through the modem (downstairs), take computer down stairs, pop goes the comp and there it lie in ruins. (damn wireless networking crap!!!!:mad:)

the thing i dont understand is why do some of my screennames work and others dont.

my aim > edit options > edit preferences > go to the sign on/off category > near the center it says “auto upgrade” and change that setting to final release (this should fix your problem until aim finally release another final version, which will be in maybe 852862782357 years)

it is most likely a glith in aim because it has happen to me before. i would be talking to my friends and all of a sudden i cant send any more messages. so i would just restart aim and that always seemed to fix the problem
