try this
1) control panel
2)add hardware
3)add/troubleshoot a device
4)click on add a new device ,then next
5)no,i want to select a hardware from the list,then next
6)click on sound,video and game controllers,then next
7)click on audio codecs,and then have disk
8)click on browse and select hardware from system32
and then u just have to select the codec from the listwell, that was all i did
and then restart:):):):):)
