I didn’t do anything, it did it on it’s own, it was one of the options for the boot devices.. If you don’t get that option you have to use the boot floppy.

Damn no reason here to defend my palm pilot <3<3I say just forget about her.. 3 reasons:
1) She seems superficial
2) She cheats(what’s gonna stop her from doing this to you if you got together?)
3) She doesn’t look like she’d take responsibility for anythingFind a better woman 😀
99% of linux distributions come with a partitian resizer, from what I remember MEPIS and knoppix both have qtparted which is really easy to use and has no limits.

First off you need to load your usb modules if they’re not already loaded for you and load hotplug. Once you plug in your drive make sure it comes up as /dev/sdXX(first X being a letter 2nd X being a number), then run your installer. When prompted where to install put /dev/sdXX(replacing the X’s with what the drive is, for me it’s /dev/sda1) . Then install as normal. To boot off of usb you just need to set your usb as first boot device(in my bios it’s USB-zip), if the bios can’t boot from USB you can make a boot floppy that’ll boot the usb from: http://ibiblio.org/pub/Linux/distributions/damnsmall/current/bootusb-0.8.img (take off the end and check the directory if that’s down).
