they both go to an article which 1/2 of it is impossible to implement, 2 that are really irrelevant as they’re impossible to change even after the measures posted in the article, and one idea that’s sort of backwards in it’s logic.

He died cause he was old, not cause of his diet. Atkins will make you lose weight but it does come at a cost, and that’s you’ll lose some of your thinking power cause cutting carbs that wildly isn’t too good for your brain.Usually what matters most is that you pre-emptively eat before you get hungry so you don’t get tempted to eat unhealthy food, and that you exercise as if you were an exerciser-nazi.

On the other hand, long distance running(ie for more than half an hour) burns both fat and muscle, so it’s a surefire way to get thinner. See if you can get 3km in 10 minutes 😀
the new file manager looks awefully like xffm, and the transparency effects look oddly like E17.. hrmm..
