I have replaced the filter1.txt using the following links:

I tried reinstalling messenger and my webcam driver but no change. Viewers also have to open a IM window to view..in the chatroom the they just get a “webcam not available” message. Any ideas how th fix this? Thanks in advance. Then the prob is with ur yahoo messenger or the Web cam, uninstall the cam and then reinstall it (follow the process step by step and make suer all its installation files are install properly so that u dont have any part missed cos that can also make not to malfunction) the run the web cam with out messenger i mean just on the cam and see how it looks. Then if it doesn’t work also try using it on MSN messenger if its thesame prob oooopts, then the prob is on the cam just get an new one. Hope this solve ur prob.

Messenger, I sometimes have the same prob in my cafe, just go thru ur control panel go to add and remove programs, remove it from there and download the Yahoo Messenger from Yahoo page direct. go to http://http://www.yahoo.com then click on Messenger at the top right hand side of the page, the it will open cick get it now and download it to ur system then install it. if the problem still continues, just email me at eotus12@yahoo.com let me still tell other things to try
