MemberI will eventually try it one day, but I mean you could have said it a little nicer dude, didnt have to totally degrade it. Makes me feel like an idiot for speaking my current opinion. Sorry, but yeah, I thought i’d let you know. Thanks for understanding, Spike. And thanks for the info.

MemberI wonder if it has anything to do with the cd’s you are using? Try a different brand of CD-R or CD-RW’s

MemberWell, I did notice my computer was flashing things on the taskbar strangely. like at different rates…. and other random weird stuff has been acting up with my computer, so I am just reformatting it and starting fresh…. not just because of aim…. but because my computer has been doing strange things…. so maybe this will fix AIM too…… if it’s not just the program :-

MemberI know it sounds stupid…. couldnt you just try doing it through safe mode with networking?

MemberI know this is going to stick out like a sore thumb, but I like Windows Media Player 10… lol… I have never tried itunes or anything because one thing I REALLLLY like about WMP is that is has an enhancement plugin called SRS WOW Effects, and it adds a lot of bass and enhances the music a lot. It’s just nice to have on a surround sound system. But if anyone could find me a plugin for itunes that does that, it’d be cool to try…. but for now WMP 10 does the job…. veryyyy good.

Memberoh yeah I tried that too…. yesterday…. it’s kinda too unorganized. I dunno…. maybe when it gets more developed, but right now i wanna stick with AIM…. but yeah these tabs are weird…. could it be something on my computer stealing focus from it or something?? I ran all anti spyware programs and they checked out clean…..
I appreciate the post though. Thanks man

Memberxerraire wrote:You CAN do that, as I looked up the details of your camera, and you have an F stop as low as 2.8, which is what you would need for such a photo.I also noticed if on AUTO the camera doesn’t do that setting, you do have a manual setting, which you can TELL the camera to set to F 2.8.
Just practice selective focusing and see what happens!

🙂hey I set it to “Twilight/Portrait” (which sets F to 2.8) and it didnt come out like yours. I saw it said F2.8 on the side…. I dont think it sets shutter speed, etc. accordingly though… and my camera you cant manually change those things… I checked… Also, what Jeff said…. i tried that and apparently my camera doesnt do that. so yeah oh well… ill look around for some image editing programs to accomplish the effect. 🙂

MemberInstead, just download this already patched UXTHEME.dll
Saves you the time and hassle of installing and uninstalling styleXP

MemberThat’s kind of what happens in safe mode… it uses the classic taskbar and stuff… from the pictures I noticed that the Color quality was a bit low… I think it does that in safe mode because it doesnt load your video driver.
Perhaps a piece of software changed your screen resolution (which can sometimes alter the Color quality) and the themes prob dont support that low of color quality….
Or, possibly your video driver might need reinstalled… check out the color quality on the settings tab and let me know if you can change it to True Color or Highest or something like that….. 32-bit to be exact. If you dont have the option…. your video card driver probably needs reinstalled.
That’s just an idea that might be worth trying. Let me know how it goes. Good luck!

MemberI think you probably restarted your computer and it fixed itself? Cuz that happens to me a lot….

MemberHmm…. when I bought McAffee everytime I used it updated it etc it never found half these viruses that were later found with other programs.
Here: Download TrojanRemover, get rid of the trojans and remove it after a few days.
I am almost positive it’s a trojan your virus scanner isnt finding.
If you dont want to at least try my advice, then all I can say is good luck, because I tried adding my 2 cents.
Good Luck!
P.S. At least try scanning for them with this program… even if you dont doubt the integrity of your virus scanner. it’s not a virus scanner, just searches for trojans
