Where is My Subscription like at the top of the Forum as described in the FAQ?

I mean simply not a notification of a new post in this thread but I want to receive the whole post itself by email. Is this possible?
I am new to this Forum. How do I subscribe to this thread by email? Can I receive all the message of this thread to my email? Does it mean that I am automatically subscribed to this thread since I have posted a message on this thread like in some other forums?
I tried downloading the around 5 MB beta through the installer. But I have a dialup connection. So it got disconnected. Does anyone know how can download the full 5 MB Messenger exe and then install it so that I can use on other computers too without again facing the download disconnection problems with my dialup connection?
