I’m having the same problem but not regular basis as you are. Im using pc at home and at work. My friend, on certain day, her pc disconnected and connected back for every 2-3 minutes! But she is using pc in her office.
Its so irritating when you just disconnected suddenly and did not know if the other party you talk to, had responsed to what you said or not. I just had to rely on message archive. 😡
I ‘d heard in the chat room saying that it all because our ISP side and the other said it Yahoo! server.. bla…bla…bla…:eek:Got same problem too with webcam. For the first few months it works ok until recently. At first, it could not connect to network and then it could not start at all. Uninstall and reinstall both the webcam software and Yahoo, did not solved the problem. So I got myself a new hard disk and install on it, and it works. So I guess maybe the registry is the culprit.

I download this so call “so cool” Y!Tunnel build 120 beta and install it and unfortunately i could not use it.
When I click it….its indicate Y!Tunnel Startup Error…
It was unable to initialize the following components in the Yahoo Messenger connection manager.
Yahoo! Messenger primary connection monitor on port 8000.
Yahoo! Messenger voice chat connection monitor on port 8001.And it also stated that the problem may be caused by firewall software or by other applications that are currently using the ports required by the listed components.
Frankly, I doesnt know what its talking about. Could you.. any one… tell me and help me with this. I love to try it. Thanks in advance.:)
